If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of our services provided,Please contact UB Sea and Shore Services administration upon official e-mail (ubseaandshoreservices@gmail.com) with your claim within 3 ( Three) Days of post activation.The administration will consider your claim and make decisions ,which is administrations own sole discretion to refund you partially or fully,Which will be made following 7 (seven ) Business days after Claim.Refund is to be made ,the same way as the payment was performed.Administration will notify you as completed your refund process.For all seafarers subscription 25 % monthly will be deducted as processing fee.
This above refund policy is also applicable for the Seafarers subscriptions on monthly basis.
The Seafarers subscriptions has their own term and conditions including refund policy which is applicable as per seafarers self declaration during subscribing on site. . It may change time to time as per administrations own dicission.
